This Privacy Policy explains what information Loomr collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. Loomr is operated by Chira Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered in Bengaluru, India.
Your data is stored on managed infrastructure in cloud regions appropriate to your jurisdiction. Saved content is encrypted at rest. Communications between the app, our servers, and our sub-processors use TLS in transit.
You can export or delete all of your data from inside the app at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your content from our primary stores within 30 days; backups are purged within 90 days.
We use a small number of vendors to operate Loomr — for hosting, transactional email, payment processing, and customer support. We choose vendors that offer industry-standard security and data-protection commitments. A current list is available on request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email loomr@chiratech.com.
Loomr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app before the changes take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
