Terms of service
The agreement between you and Chira Technologies when you use Loomr.
These Terms govern your use of Loomr. Loomr is operated by Chira Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered in Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or otherwise using Loomr, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Loomr. If you are using Loomr on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at loomr@chiratech.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Loomr to store or distribute illegal content, content that violates someone else's rights, or content that is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
- Don't attempt to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the service or its underlying systems.
- Don't use Loomr to harass or abuse others, or to send unsolicited messages.
- Don't resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you save in Loomr. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our content
Loomr's name, logos, software, and other materials are the intellectual property of Chira Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, payment terms, and refund policies for paid plans will be displayed at the point of purchase. We may change pricing for new subscription periods with prior notice.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Loomr available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with notice when reasonably practicable.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chira Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 (whichever is greater).
Termination
You can stop using Loomr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
